So, I'm trying to make sure I take off a day between strength training days.
I had a great DENSITY workout yesterday. I'm really trying to improve my squat form. It is getting better and better.
Today I performed the 5 minute mini circuit this morning. I will ride my bike and spend some time outside this afternoon walking and playing with BJ. She is LOVING this cooler weather. The best thing about it for me is NO bugs. I don't really mind the heat. I like to sweat, but the bugs drive me insane.
