I have to say, I am loving this "almost" fall weather. I've been spending a lot of time outside soaking up some Vitamin D (sun)! BJ is loving it too. I have to drag her back to the house when it's time to go in for a while. When the weather changes just a little, my 10 year old dog, becomes a puppy again!
I have about 4 weeks at home now, so I plan to enjoy every moment of it. October will be slammed busy!
This week I've started doing a 5 minute mini set 1st thing in the morning, well after my 1st cup of coffee.
50 seconds squats, 10 seconds rest
50 seconds lunges, 10 seconds rest
50 seconds pull downs, 10 seconds rest
50 seconds push ups, 10 seconds rest
50 seconds plank, 10 seconds rest
Planks are the HARDEST for me!
I am going to start a weekly newsletter to include at least one article per week of the following:
1) exercise
2) nutrition
3) natural health
