Enjoying working out during my time off

It's nice to have all this time to spend working out. I ride bike 20 minutes in the morning and do a few squats, lunges, crunches, push ups, etc., and walk with BJ. Then after lunch I go to the gym and do more intense strengh training, ride bike 20 minutes, and swim 33 laps (1/4 mile) for about 30 minutes. Before coming inside at night, I ride 20 more minutes and since it cooled off last night, walked with BJ again. Loving it!

MONDAY -- Back at it...

I took yesterday completely off and had a cheat day, although I didn't really do much cheating. I did take a break from working out.

Back at it again today. Did squats, lunges, crunches, push ups, etc., rode bike 20 minutes, walked BJ, and played in the pond.

I have to make a trip to Norcross this afternoon. Fun, fun. Don't think I'll make the gym today, so I'll just ride my bike again tonight.

It's been a while...

I have really been slacking on this blog.

Been a great week for working out even with huge blisters on both heels.

Morning: Rode bike 20 minutes, performed light strength training, and walked BJ
Afternoon: Rode bike 20 minutes, swam 20-33 laps, and did strength training at Racquethause
Evening: Rode bike 20 minutes
