INCREDIBLE HIIT CARDIO WORKOUT

WOW! Great workout this morning, just before the rain came again.

Now, I'm going to have a healthy protein/carb breakfast, then it's off to work again.

BJ has the right idea, she's sleeping in my bed. She doesn't do rain, so the odds of getting her to go outside is slim to none.

I think things are getting back to normal....

After working 2 crazy weeks, 1st week worked nearly 90 hours and 2nd week worked nearly 80 hours, I think my life is going to get back to normal. I'm working on articles, blogs, etc. to be sharing with y'all.

I finally took a day off. I didn't work at all on Sunday and only a few minutes Monday. I had an AWESOME workout yesterday at the Racquethause, rode my bike for 20 minutes, and walked my dog for 30+ minutes. I sure do feel better.

And... I just thought I was going to be home over the weekend...

I'm not working out of town, but in order to finish what I have scheduled for next week, I'm going to be forced to work this weekend too. I was really hoping to get some more articles, etc. up over the weekend, but I'll have to put that on hold again.

Another CRAZY week...

I've really been slacking on my posts.... but haven't had much time. I've had a couple jobs to do this week that started at 6am. This really messes up my life! I'm hoping things are going to settle down soon. I'll work on getting some good articles posted over the weekend. It looks like I will be home for at least a couple weekends now. I hope everyone is having a good week!

Crazy Week...

WOW! What a crazy and busy week. Sorry about the lack of posts. I was working out of town Wednesday thru Sunday, had lots of work to complete at home Monday thru Wednesday, before leaving again to work out of town Thursday thru Sunday. Then it looks like I'll be home for a few weeks.

I bought me a new 2008 Kia Sportage yesterday.
